Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
During product launches, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Krios Labs is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed after they have been transferred to the shipping carrier. If you experience an issue with your shipment, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is entered and the order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made.
